1. What makes your build process different from other custom builders?

We have a superintendent or project lead on-site every day, paired with weekly client updates and a fixed-price contract. Transparency and accountability guide every step.

2. Do you offer fixed-price contracts?

Yes. Our contracts do not change unless the scope changes. If materials or tariffs increase unexpectedly, we absorb the cost — not you.

3. Can I bring my own subcontractors or materials?

We don’t allow outside materials or subcontractors because it affects quality and warranty. If you want a barndominium shell to finish on your own, we can build it, but we cannot warranty work done by others.

4. How long does a custom build take?

Timelines vary based on complexity and selections, but custom homes typically range from 12 to 24 months from start to finish.

5. What happens if something goes wrong after the home is complete?

You call us, and we fix it. We stand behind the homes we build and believe long-term performance is part of the investment.
