1. Why do you start with design before construction?

Our design phase eliminates guesswork. Using Revit and AutoCAD, we build plans that reflect exactly how your home will be constructed, reducing surprises, delays, and rework later.

2. Can you work with my architect or designer?

Absolutely. We love collaborating with clients’ preferred architects or designers and also offer our own trusted partners if needed.

3. What if I only need help with design?

We do offer design as a standalone service, but the long-term goal is to build what we design. This phase also helps us determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

4. How long does the design stage take?

The timeline depends on the complexity of your home and how quickly decisions are made, but most projects fall within the range shown in our design-process graphic. This visual breaks down each step so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.

5. What makes your design process different?

We design homes without gray areas. Structural details, interior elevations, and even wall cavities are fully mapped so construction moves forward with clarity.
